As the Government funds our training programmes we are able to provide them at no cost to either the employer or the learner. They are however very expensive to deliver and we therefore expect each participating employee to: - Work diligently towards acquiring the new knowledge and skills Follow the guidance of their CBE Consultant to produce the necessary evidence of their work competence Avoid wherever possible any short notice cancellation of assessment appointments by adhering to an agreed plan Attend the short seminars and/or complete the self study modules Successfully complete the programme in order to make a more effective contribution in their job role.
