| Each programme includes a City & Guilds, Edexcel or ILM qualification in a vocational subject (retail, customer service, administration etc) supplemented by a Technical Certificate in that subject and by Key Skills certificates. Training and assessment of competence is completed on a one-to-one basis in the workplace. |

For supervisors, team leaders and managers (takes 16-20 months) |
