We have a state of the art Call Centre based at our Cambridgeshire Headquarters, staffed with specialist training and employment advisors.
We can conduct large volume, detailed sector surveys of businesses, service users and potential customers for Learning and Skills Councils, Colleges, Local Authorities and Training Providers. We specialise in undertaking in-depth satisfaction and perception surveys both during the working day as well as out of normal business hours. We also offer Colleges and Training Providers a re-engagement service for early course and programme leavers.
All of our tele-advisory staff operate under the close supervision of qualified and experienced employment counsellors.
