In order to ensure that your staff training successfully achieves its aims and to enable us to access the maximum funding support on your behalf we will work with you to ensure that you can: - Meet all statutory Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity and Diversity requirements Agree a Learning Plan for each participating employee Provide all company-specific training Allow regular access for the purposes of assessment and training Release the employee to attend short training seminars Authorise a supervisor or manager to meet regularly with the CBE Consultant to review progress Assist with maintaining the employees motivation to complete the programme
