Apprenticeships & Advanced Apprenticeships are specifically designed for young people
They are programmes of work based training aimed at employees in the 16-24 year old age range.
Each programme includes a City & Guilds, Edexcel or ILM qualification (NVQ) in a vocational subject (retail, customer service, administration etc) supplemented by a Technical Certificate in that subject as well as Key Skills Certificates.
Our Training Consultant will give you training and assess your job competence on a one-to-one basis.
Two strands are available: -
Apprenticeships
For young operative level employees (takes 9-12 months)
Advanced Apprenticeships
For young supervisors and team leaders (takes 16-20 months)
